The file WIMAPS03.ZIP contains several DOS Wisconsin maps from various
sources, some by WJ9H.  It also includes MAPLIST.WI which is the Wisconsin
maplist, centered on downtown Madison.  You should move the ZIP file to
your current APRS directory and use PKUNZIP -d to put the maps into the
MAPS directory and the maplist into MAPLISTS.
